DD1 (3.5yo) currently has 3 pairs. She has her snow boots, brown fashion boots, and sneakers.
DD2 (16m) has two pairs, one bootie and one velcro "sneaker".
How many pairs of shoes are in your LO's current rotation?

DD: winter boots and rain boots

Two: sneakers and winter boots.
But he only wears the boots when it is snowing so they've only been used 3 times this winter. He has rain boots but they are still too big so he only wears them in the house.

DS (3.5) snow boots, slip on vans, tennis shoes, cheap carters "hiking" boots. This is the most he's ever had in his rotation.
DD (5.5 months) 1 pair of robeez fur lined boots. She has super tiny feet. It will be a while before any of her shoes fit

5 - sneakers, soerrys, another pair of slip ons, rain boots and uggs. She pretty much wears uggs everyday though since it's winter.

Camp wolf Pendleton Moccs
Blue roobiez
Gap red patent leather Mary Janes
Blue converse crib shoes
Gold ON Mocs
So 5 but we are still on 2 pairs of gift shoes since her feet grow slowly. She's a crawler.

The ones she will wear? 3. Rain boots, L&L Pios, fake crocs.

1. She will only wear her pink hand me down, Ariat "cowboy boots". She has 2 other pairs of shoes that fit her but she insists on wear only her boots.
And my infant just wears socks and slippers. She's not walking yet and we live in a warmer climate so it's not a big deal.

Technically 5 - winter boots, white Cons, red Cons, some little brown hiking-y boots, and blue high tops. But really he always picks the white Cons these days.

Umm, a lot. DD1 has 7 pairs in her current rotation, and DD2 has 6 pairs that she regularly wears.
This is not counting special occasion shoes (sparkly dress shoes etc).....

3, which originally was supposed to be 1
I first got her stride rite boots on clearance, but decided that's more for outdoor walking with the harder sole. So for daycare days or if we're going somewhere she's mostly walking inside, I got her a pair of Jack & Lily boots with a softer more flexible sole.
Then I got her these Ugg like boots from Target that I sprayed with waterproof stuffed to act as "snow" boots.

She's 4 and she currently has 6 shoes in rotation:
2 pairs of stride rites (she alternates between a dark pair and a light pair)
1 pair of sneakers (she never wants to wear now )
1 pair of boots
1 pair of rain boots
Crocs to wear to swim lessons
pomelo / 5678 posts
I only ever do 2. Keen knee high winter boots and Stride Rite srt mary janes.
In summer it is a sandal vs. boot.

Too many. DS is 14 months; he has 6 pairs, but they were all bought super cheap EUC. I had to stop myself from buying more because baby shoes are just sooo cute!

@regberadaisy: Damn girl I'm impressed! DS is 8 weeks old and has 4 pair - haha. In my defense, 2 were gifts.

lo1: 2. Snowboots & slippers
lo2: Snowboots.
lo3: nothing. I usually don't put shoes on them until they're walking.

I'm in Canada so the only option is snow boots. He got a cute pair of boots for Christmas that are stylish and not good for the snow that he's worn a couple times.

6 I think - 3 pairs of sneakers, one pair of dressier shoes, and two pairs of snow boots. They were having a buy one get one half off snow boot deal at target, so now we have two pairs and not much snow at all (which is fine by me.)

DS is 16 months and has 3 pairs in rotation. One for each car, and one scruffier pair at home for park play. He also has some new rain boots he's obsessed with stomping around the house in.

K is 2.5 and has three pairs of boots- Sorels for most of the time, Bogs if we will be walking indoors and 'fancy' boots. It's Canadian winter...she's not gonna be in sneakers til May.
M is four months and he was gifted so many shoes! He has a pair of Padraigs that I bought, then probably four pairs of secondhand Robeez, and a few soft soled 'sneakers' that just look cute.
