The most stressful part of being a parent to two lately for me, has been making food for a family of 4 when everyone has different preferences. That's why I've been posting so much about food lately!

Anyway in my continuing efforts to purge, I think we have too many pots and pans.

I use 4 pots regularly -- 2 all clad pots and 2 cheap ones I can toss in the dishwasher. Lately I've also been giving my stock pot a workout making stock from scratch regularly. I also have a Le Creuset Dutch Oven I just pulled out from my high cabinets and plan to start using again. So that's 6 pots.

I use three different sized ceramic (vs nonstick) frying pans regularly. I have 2 All clad pans, but I just don't know how to use them.... the ceramic is as nonstick as nonstick, so it's just easier.

Then I have a casserole dish and a baking pan that I've been using a lot lately too.

So I currently have 5 pots, 3 pans, 1 casserole dish, and 1 baking pan in frequent use. What about you?
