I smell my LO's butt about once a day, after I suspect that he has taken a poo in his diaper. I used to check a few times a day when he used to poo a few times a day.

I'm in the same boat as @mrbee. You can smell her poos a mile away. And, you can absolutely hear them when she's going. Sounds like a ketchup bottle. Gross.

I sniff patients bums at work sometimes. I guess it's a bad habit but sometimes I just gotta find which one of them the smell is coming from.
