About every other week but I know I should do it more, I cringe whenever I see my dark hair (pp hair loss) on our (white carpets).

We vacuum at least once a week. We have a dog that sheds a lot and she has allergies as well.

Weird that the other thread was "How many times per week do you clean/mop your floors" and this one is "How many times per month do you vacuum." I'm definitely the opposite; I vacuum way more often than I clean/mop. Vacuum at least once a week, sometimes more often just on our living room rug that attracts dog hair like a black hole.

I'm OCD about pet hair so probably about 3-4 times a week. We have a long haired dog though. Probably not my best decision.

Two or three times a week, now that the house we bought has white carpet that shows dirt very easily. Once we get around to getting wood floors installed, hopefully we don't have to do that as much because I hate it and my dogs go crazy!

2-3 times per week, too. our lab mix sheds everywhere and it drives me bananas. i could/should probably vacuum everyday!

3 to 4 times a month, although i really should do it more because we have two pugs who shed like crazy. like cowgirl, our place really could use a daily vacuum. but i get lazy!

2 times a week about, sometimes more, we have a dog that SHEDS like crazy especially in the summer, gah! but as soon as I finish vacuum, I find new furballs rolling around.

With the fur face that allows us to live with her, I should do it everyday...however I end up doing it every other day. That dog sheds like no other, all year round.

Weekly, although I should do it more often since we have 4 fur people. Aside from that, I spot clean and capture the wild dust bunnies.

I'm super OCD about our carpet, and we have a Golden Retriever who sheds like there's no tomorrow so I vacuum our living room/downstairs area every. single. day. The dog's not allowed upstairs so up there, I can get away with vacuuming twice a week or so.

I must be OCD about our floors because we don't have any pets in the house or children (yet!) and I usually vacuum at least 2x a week!

Hubs: once a week.So luckily, he cares and the house gets vacuumed 4 times a month... otherwise there would be dust bunnies and dog hair everywhere.

Oh my goodness, at least every other day! Our dog sheds everywhere he walks (and the hair migrates everywhere in the house!) and it is not pretty. I invested in a Dyson Animal vacuum a few years ago, but have to be honest that it is not perfect, even though it's powerful. We joke that we are going to teach the dog to vacuum his own hair! We can dream...

We have labradors so we should do it every day or every other but we probably do it 8 times a month. We swiffer in between sometimes.

We have a 7 y/o son so every 2-3 days!! Lol
But she's cute, so I guess we'll let it slide.
