I'm aiming for 3-4 times a week of sweaty cardio and 7 days of light walking.

3 days of running and I try to sprinkle in some longer walks with the pup a few times a week, too. Hoping to start some strength training but I have NO IDEA where to begin!

Something every day. Today it was walking and walking to the berry patch, picking, and then back. If we don't go out before my daughter naps, I peddle on my exercise bike for 15 minutes just to burn off energy. I go crazy just sitting around.

Right now I work out every day. DH and I are doing a 30-day exercise challenge, we have to work out at least 30 mins. a day. I'm winning.
Normally it would be light walking every day and maybe 2x of some extra cardio.

Lately, everyday. Training for a half marathon + trying to get the extra baby weight off (it's been a year...I think it's time it needs to go!)

@autumnlove: at this point in my life (working full time, 12 week old LO), ZERO times I miss it, it's good for my mental health

@cmomma17: I'm with you...I need it for my mental health!
Lately it's been about 2x/week, but trying to up it. Running helps me keep my stress level down and I always feel better after I've gotten back from a run!

haha zero! sigh. it's seriously been way too hot to walk, and I'm too lazy to do any crazy exercise indoors

Two days of heavy lifting followed by sprints, one cardio only day at the gym, then maybe 2-3 other days where I walk the dog at the park for a few miles.

Right now, Crossfit 4x/week. I'll drop to 3x/week when my jeans fit! I also play softball once a week, which isn't really active enough for me to consider exercise (much like walking to me isn't enough to count)

0.....but after I'm cleared after #2 gets here I'm hoping for 3-4 times a week

I don't know if it counts as real exercise, but I walk briskly on the treadmill for 40 minutes 5-6x/week. It used to be 3-4x, but it's the only thing that helps with the swelling in my feet and ankles, so I've been trying to do it more. I'm 35w so we'll see if I can keep it up all the way until the end!

4 to 5 times a week, on average. 3 days of running and 1 or 2 days of strength training. I want to increase both soon.

Every day! it wakes me up in the morning, even if it's a light workout.

@lawbee11: that definitely counts! at 35w, that's probably quite a workout!

4-5 times a week...only in my dreams. Maybe one evening a week and then both days on the weekends. I really need to get better about it but it's so darn hard to find the time between work, hanging with DD (8 months) and then doing all the daycare cleaning and prep for next day...not to mention cook dinner and do our own chores! Um..um....zero times? *hangsheadinshame*
I do walk to and from work to the train station and take LO for walks on the weekend!

@Pirouette: Yeah, it's kinda embarrassing how much I sweat just from walking on the treadmill!

0!
i exercised about 3x per week when i was pregnant. since having LO 6 months ago, that number has dropped to zero.

@lawbee11: haha i already sweat buckets on the elliptical these days, and that used to be my "easy hangover workout" before i got pregnant, so i can only imagine!

I run 3 - 4 miles 6 days a week. And I go to the gym saturday and sunday for aerobics classes. So, I work out 6 out of 7 days.
