2-4x a week. I try to aim for the 4 times but we know how it is with little ones

Normally, 3-5 times a week for about 40 minutes. DH and I go to the gym and do weight training and cardio.
For the last few weeks, it's been closer to once/week for 20 minutes. Most evenings I'm feeling a bit too nauseated to work out, and once my muscles get fatigued the nausea hits hard.
I'm hoping that the 1st tri symptoms will fade away soon so I can get back on schedule! Out of all the times to fall out of shape, this is probably the worst. I'm going to need every bit of muscle and endurance come December.

I would like to workout every day, but I usually get in about three days per week. I noticed that I feel better when I work out, so I've been trying to keep with it.

We suspended our gym membership. We are going to start working out again (just don't know exactly when). Last time I worked out, I don't remember. I walk to the bus stop. Does that count?

Oh I miss the days where DH and I work out together at the gym. Now with LO, I go maybe 1-2x per week...I would have to drop off LO and MIL's house...

I don't work out...I seriously commend people who work out while pregnant like you, @mrs. bee. Working out has always been something I just despise, so just thinking about doing it while pregnant makes me laugh.

Before I got KU, usually 5x a week. Now, probably more like 3. I've had some good weeks where I've gotten in more days and some weeks where I couldn't drag myself off the couch though.

I go back to work in 4 months and so I have 4 months to look like my normal self again. How this will happen, I'm not sure.

Not nearly as much as i should i used to be so diligent in my 20s and i would run 5 miles 5x per week. Now i am lucky if i go for a long walk and make it to one pilates class. I really need to get back into a routine.

Pre-pregnancy, I would work out 5-6 times per week for 60-90 minutes. At 37.5 weeks, I'm still working about about 4-5 days a week for about 40-60 minutes. I'm hoping to keep that up until the bitter end because I've found my back and hips are less achy when I get a little bit of cardio in.
Exercise is also my main method of de-stressing. DH can definitely tell when I haven't exercised on a given day because I'm a bit more frustrated/stressed/irritated with the world.

pre-preg I aimed for 3x a week..and at 6 weeks pp that was the last time I worked out. But once i get clearance from my dr I want to aim for a couple of races this summer (small 5k and 10k races)

3-5x a week pre-pregnancy. First trimester has dropped down to 0-1x per week. Hopefully picking it back up once the first trimester ends and my energy returns. Which...I think has started!
