will you attend this year?
so far we have a 4th of july local destination wedding wknd and a summer august wedding wknd locally, and a october wedding in NYC. one for dh's friend, two for mine. haven't decided what we'll do since they're both longer-ish celebrations.

So far we have one we're attending for sure (it's actually on my due date, but it's local so I hope we'll still be able to attend!). My SIL and her boyfriend may be engaged soon and I think they actually want to get married this October (!!!) so there would be that one too.

Two years ago (the year we got married) we did 12.
Last year I think we were invited to 5 but only went to two.
I need to get DH to stop making friends. We can't keep up.

Maybe 1. I have a friend who is supposed to get married, told me she wanted me at her wedding, but has not confirmed her dates! She needs to hurry up and confirm though since getting there involves international travel and tickets are not cheap.

3 that I know of so far. One in June, one in August, one in September. One is local, one is destination (i.e. neither bride nor groom live there and it's on the opposite coast), and the other is a reasonable driving distance away. I'm in two of the weddings, DH is in the third. It's going to be an expensive summer...

So far 3 local ones and we will attend them all. We were invited to one in CA, but will not attend.

Either 3 or 4, depending on whether or not I get bumped off of the wait list, lol.
Otherwise, 2 in early June...less than a week apart, in two different states, neither of which are my own state. We will be flying for both of them, eek!
The last one is local-ish in late September. D will be a grooms-dude for it.

I don't know of any so far! My sister will probably be getting engaged though and if it happens soon she wants to try to plan the wedding for this fall.

I know of two this year but not sure if we'll make it to either one. One's a couple hours away and the other is a destination wedding that we prob won't go to.

DH and I will attend one together soon. It's local and I can't wait!
DH has been to 1 already (I wasn't invited, but I didn't care, don't know them).
We had to turn down 2 weddings that were out of town, one in NC and the other in Turkey 
I'm really sad about the one in Turkey.

None! I'm a little sad...all of our family/friends are married with the exception of DH's brother. He's 40 with no prospects, so I'm thinking it will be a while if ever that we'll attend his wedding.

All of our friends are married so all future weddings will be for our younger cousins. We are going to 2 so far, both are out of state and will require extra planning and will be our family vacations for this year.

We have 3 weddings so far. One of them is my SIL's, but we probably won't be able to attend because it's 2 weeks before my due date and it's 2.5 hours away. We're going to decide closer to time if DH will go (it's his sister) but we have told them neither of us are going.

Only one so far, but I don't think it counts, because it's my wedding! 
I'm super sad because a really old friends is getting married a 2 hour flight away, but the wedding is 5 days before my due date, so obviously I can't go.

All of my friends are married for the most part. Now DH's friends are slowly taking the plunge.

We have save the dates for two this year. This will be our lightest wedding year since graduating from college in 2005.
