I put announced in quotes because I don't necessarily think pregnancy requires a big announcement, I just mean when you started telling everyone (rather than just a select few.)
With lo1 I was about 19 weeks because we had a lot going on. This time I planned to tell people much earlier but because of medical complications that came about pretty much right away we/I decided to hold off again so I'll be about 19 weeks again!

We told our family's between 8-9 weeks. Started making a point to tell friends and then work after we got the ultrasound results back, so around 14 weeks.

D's family at 7 wks, my family over the next few wks, and on FB at 13 wks.

With our first, we told our families around 10 weeks, my work and most friends after 12 weeks and posted on Facebook with the 20 week ultrasound. With our second, we told our families between 10-12 weeks, our friends and work after 12 weeks and never posted on Facebook. Some people didn't even know we were expecting until we posted pictures of the baby!

LO1: Family, 4 weeks, some friends 8-11 weeks, social media 15 weeks.
LO2: family and random friends: 6-7 weeks, other friends as we see/talk to them from 10w to now at almost 14w. I honestly have forgotten about telling some friends just because I haven't felt super pregnant other than a growing belly. Im seeing a bunch of friends this weekend though, so it will be more out in the open! We won't announce on social media for a few more weeks again because I have clients I need to tell first!

W lo1, we told bffs and parents from wks 6-8 as we saw them in person, publicly at 13 wks and work as well.
W lo2, we told my brother and parents around 8 weeks, bffs after that and publicly at 14/15 weeks.

LO2: family: 6 weeks, closer friends: 8-10 weeks, general announcement: 15 weeks.

Our parents were told almost immediately. Family was told the next day. Work was told at 8 weeks.

LO1: parents almost immediately, inlaws a few weeks later, social media at 18-20 weeks basically when my MIL announced it on her FB page ahead of us doing it ourselves.
LO2: family immediately, friends about 14-15 weeks, social media 20 weeks pregnant on our own terms.

Pregnancy 1- 9 weeks
Pregnancy 2- didn't get the chance (did post on my blog after the fact that I'd miscarried again)
Pregnancy 3- Not sure, but early. Maybe 6 weeks?
Pregnancy 4- 12 weeks (waited until we had genetic testing results, just to be on the safe side after everything)

LO1, we told one friend right away, family at 9 weeks, the world at 12 weeks
LO2 one friend right away, family at like 6 weeks because I thought we were miscarrying and I needed support, the world at 13 weeks
LO3, one friend right away, family around 7 weeks, the world at 13 weeks
LO4, me, DH, the receptionist at the OB/GYN office and one friend know.... 
We are keeping this one a secret for awhile, I want to enjoy every moment of our last pregnancy (and I know we are going to get nasty comments) Family will probably find out at 9 -12 weeks and the world at 18 weeks with the gender reveal.

LO1: parents at 5 weeks, other family at 9 weeks after ultrasound, friends at 10 weeks, work at 14 weeks, facebook at 20 weeks
LO2: currently 11 weeks and we've only told my mom because I needed her to watch DS for appts, work will find out at 12 weeks only because we have a meeting then and it should be told for scheduling/staffing purposes, will tell family at 13 weeks because thats when we will see them and celebrate Mother's day a little late, friends soon after that, no clue about social media (either at 20 weeks or after birth)

Coworkers/acquaintances: 14/15 weeks or so
And I'm not a social media sharer so I won't put it up until the baby is here (or if I accidentally get tagged in a pic obviously preggo, like last time)

I told my mom, MIL, and a couple close friends who knew about my embryo transfer the day I got my bfp.
I told the rest of my family between 10 and 12 weeks.
I posted on Facebook and Instagram at 15 weeks.

We told family at 6.5 weeks because it was Christmas. I told work and a few close friends at 8 weeks. We told all our friends by 12 weeks and posted on social media at 13 weeks.

We told our close friends and family with LO #1 when we got the BFP, and the general public around 16-17 weeks.
This time, we told close friends and family in between the BFP and 9 weeks, and still haven't "announced" to the general world, although it's getting really obviously. I'm almost 16 weeks.

Family we pretty much told right away, 4-5 weeks since we were going through fertility treatments.
Our close group of friends found out shortly after 6 weeks because we all went to Vegas together for a wedding. There was no way to hide it!
My boss also knew at 6 weeks because of the time off for treatments. But the rest of work didn't know until closer to 14 weeks.

We were open with our IVF journey, so very close family and friends found out when we got the BFP. About 30 people (most of that was DH's friends and family).
At 10 weeks, we made a FB announcement. (My sister had a m/c at 11 weeks, so we sensitive to the fact that a m/c could happen. We had a bunch of u/s by that 10 week mark that made us feel a bit more comfortable posting.) Oh, originally, I wanted to wait til 12 weeks to announce but DH pressured me and I gave in.
All of our friends have been supportive of our journey.

Told family on Christmas as 12 weeks. Friends at NYE at 13 weeks. Work after I got back from Christmas break around 14 weeks. I think we made a FB "announcement" (babymoon pic) around 26ish weeks.

I've told family right after I found out for all 4 of my pregnancies, around 4 weeks. I just tell friends as I see them. Told my boss today (8.5 weeks). With an early miscarriage and a second trimester loss, I'm not scared to tell people early. I just don't feel very excited about it this time around after my last loss.

Thanks for all the replies ladies. I was starting to think I was waiting a ridiculously long amount of time (eta, that everyone pretty much announced by 12-14w) but I'm just not ready yet. Soon though!

I thought we would start telling everyone around 14 weeks, but maybe not. Our close family knows, maybe I will just wait for word to spread. I feel embarrassed to just tell people.
