My weekly cleaner is $20/hour but she doesn't do baseboards or windows. Just general cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, etc.

You have a bigger house then me I think. I have 3 bed, 2 bath, just one story. We pay $50, but she gives me a good deal because we've been with them forever. Her mom (who passed away so she took over) started cleaning my mom's house when my older sister was born, so I've literally known them my whole life.

We just have a 2 bedroom condo (with bonus room) - it's 1150 square feet and we pay $80 a few weeks. We live in Boston (well just outside). Doesn't include baseboards or windows, but does include changing our sheets : )

We pay $150 once a month for everything but bedrooms. $210 gets us everything including changing sheets. The only things that are extra no matter what are inside the oven and fridge, and washing walls and dusting the ceiling.
Our place is 3 stories, about 1900 sq feet, 3 bed 2.5 bath.

right now, $120 for about 6 hours of work - she does most things as needed. and she cooks sometimes.

$80 every 2 weeks. She does everything and a great job at that
