I used to work out 3 times a week up until I had Charlie. I would do a little cardio + weight training one day, kickboxing another, and treadmill or elliptical another day.
Sadly I have not seen a gym since he was born. I'd really love to work out, but it's really impossible to find the time. Then again it has so many health and mood benefits, I can't afford not to work out!
How much do you work out and what type of work outs do you do?
I used to be a runner. Stopped once I got pregnant.. now I do at home dvds. Insanity and Jillian's shred are 2 of my faves
When it warms up outside, I plan on getting a nice 30+ minute walk in every day, too.
