My husband loves wine and his favorite on a regular, at-home basis is probably Ménage a Trois red blend. It's only $7 or $8 a bottle.

@sweet_p: I will have to try it! One of my favorite wines is Trader Joe's Pinot Noir - I think it's their reserve one and it's around $20 but it goes on sale a lot. I always want to stock up when I see it but they are always running out. I love it!

AIX rosé is $17.99 regular price, but I only get it when it's on sale for $3-4 off. There are so many other good wines out there to try! I generally choose ones that retail for $12-15 full price but almost never pay that much. There are always good sales on wine here.

For white, I like Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio at a bit over $20. I also like anything from Cakebread.
I know very little about red wines, but I know I like Barolos at over $30.

My absolute fav is Kim Crawford's Sav Blanc. Yummers! It's about $18 which is a splurge for me on special occasions. I typically spend 10-12$. So jealous of you ladies in the states where you can get good wine for cheap at Costco! I wish our Costco sold wine and beer. That's be amazing!

I can't say I have a favorite wine, at all. I prefer to try a new kind each time. I usually stay in the $10-$15 range.

Chateau St Michelle riesling and Relax riesling - under $10

La Vielle Ferme (Rhone red) is between $6.99 and $9 a bottle. We buy a case at a time at $6.99 and get an additional 10% off for buying by the case.
I also like Heron Pinot Noir, which is just over $12.
At trader joes, La Ferme Julian (goat on label) is decent at $5 bottle.

My favorite is Franciscan Magnificate and it runs about $40-$45. My favorite every day wine is Penfolds Koonuga Hill the cab/shiraz blend and it runs around $8-$10.
