Just got gas at Costco for $3.39 a gallon, filled my tank for $50! I was happy. At other stations, it's closer to $3.59 in Chicago, I think.

@Rubies: DH is a high school teacher too, but in the TCDSB, I do a lot of work in the high schools (been to pretty much every high school in Ontario, oye) maybe we've crossed paths.
I am wishing our fuel prices were comparable to US prices.....insane!

It's $2.99 but we have $1.20 in fuel points which means we can get it for $1.79/gallon up to 39 gallons. We get points each time we buy groceries and 100 points = 10 cents off. They sometimes give 4x fuel points on gift cards so I buy several hundred dollars worth to places we eat and shop regularly (like Target) to get the fuel points and then use the gift cards like cash over the next couple months.
