We get 3 weeks, but it goes up to 4 after 3 years.
(At my old job, I had 3 weeks paid leave and 4 weeks of sick time)

3 weeks of vacation - sick is kind of unregulated, just be responsible with it.
At 5 years I get a 4th week of vacation!

I just made it to the 5 weeks mark recently.. I don't think I can earn any more here until I become an executive :-/. Not sure I will ever make it there!

I haven't calculated the weeks, but I can earn 1 day of vacation time per month. The first year it was only 1/2 day! Ugh. That first year was TOUGH!
It won't increase again until 10 years?? Booo
ETA: We do get 2 personal days a year in addition to vacation time. One in January, one in July.

I get 16 days so about 3 weeks? Once I hit the 5 year mark, I get 20 days.

Three weeks of vacation, goes up to four after five years. Additionally we get one sick day a month and you can accrue up to 60 sick days and for every quarter that we don't use a sick day, we get a personal day.
We do not have any maternity leave, but the generous sick leave policy in addition to me saving vacation days is allowing me to take all 12 weeks fully paid.

I get 3 weeks of vacation plus 4-5 extra days to use during the summer and as much sick time as I need (presuming it doesn't impact my work.) The company also gives us four day weekends for summer holidays. It is pretty wonderful, I feel very lucky.

6 weeks total for vacation and sick leave. Both roll over, so potentially we can accrue insane amounts of both. Plus 17 days off for holidays.

2 weeks + 1 floating holiday. Next year I will finally get 3 weeks after working there for 4 years. I get 12 sick days a year as well.

I'll be going up to 3 weeks when I get back from mat leave. The most we can get is 5 weeks, but I'll have to work forever to get there.
We also work an extra half hour a day and get to take one day off paid a month. We can't accrue these days though. But a long weekend every month is awesome!

2 weeks plus a floater day. Totally sucks because when DH was on shift he had 4 10 day breaks PLUS 3 weeks vacation!
I'm commission - so sick days I take as I need, but not working = not making money.
Can't wait to he a SAHM after March so that on his time off we can actually hang out!

25 days and I roll over 5 additional every year.
Next year I hit the 10 year mark and will have another 5 days. Yeah boy!

5 weeks, but end up with about double that after time back and lieu time. Unlimited sick time, but have to justify (doc note) after 3 consecutive days.
I consistently carry over a few weeks holidays each year and think I have used maybe 2 sick days (short term sick leave when preggo last time excluded) in my 6 years here.

4 weeks + holidays + unlimited sick days. but that's also because my job is at home-able, so our sick days are really never "off" days.

3 weeks vacation since I have been here over 5 years. Then 5 days sick time. Then the standard company holidays, plus a floating Holiday. Which I will ear mark every year to take off for R's bday!
Next year they are making vacation and sick time just PTO, so I will have 4 weeks, so extra week off at the end of the year if we don't use the sicks days. And I say we cause I will be taking off if R is sick not DH since he travels.

@banana: I work in technology. The 4 weeks was when I worked for a bank. No one really used all that time, except when they went on maternity leave. It kind of guaranteed 4 weeks of paid leave for the mom.

No set amount. I work for a very tiny business so my boss's rule is just to be reasonable. I almost never take sick days though, since I work at home. I have to be pretty sick to not be able to lay on the couch and work. Vacation I probably usually take between 2-3 weeks/year. I just ask for whatever I need and it hasn't been a problem. It's nice I don't really have to worry about running out of days, but on the other hand I can't ever bank days and I also can't really take off "just because." I pretty much only take time off to travel (our fams aren't local).

Three weeks, all statutory holidays, unlimited sick leave (within reason), and the week between Christmas and New Years off.

I get 18 days of PTO. So that includes sick/funerals/vacations. Once I hit 3 years next summer I'll get bumped up to 23.

DH gets 2.5 weeks + most federal holidays + an extra hour for every 8 hours he works.
