Our standard 10 holidays and then six paid vacation weeks. That was negotiated for due to my upcoming maternity leave that I'll soon be taking. Awesome deal for my 2nd year of career work, so I don't take it for granted!
Otherwise, it's 10 holidays and similar to @MsLipGloss:. However, we don't have billable requirements, so it's just "as long as I get my work done." My office is very flexible.

3 days of personal time. 2 weeks of vacation to start, and it goes up to 3 and then 4 (I just hit 4, at 12 years with the company).
Can't remember how sick time accrues, but we get that as well, and it doesn't expire (though you lose it if you leave the company).

When I used to work...20 days plus 13 days of holidays/etc and unlimited sick time!
Also, whenever there was a holiday like Labor Day, they would give us the Friday before off! Or if 4th of July fell on a Thursday, they would give us that Friday off too!

3 weeks, after being here for 5, before it was only 2 for the first 2-5 years and only 1 week for the first year! 3 is the most we ever get.

I am ridiculously lucky... I work in administration at a private school so we get 4 weeks during the summer, 2 weeks for winter break and 2 weeks for spring break. Plus like 13 or so holidays when the school is closed. Two personal days and 10 sick days.
I want to work here forever.

I used to get 22 days and 9 stat holidays. Sick time was as needed but I think the official max was 10 days. I was really lucky!

Zero plus I don't get paid for being a SAHM. =p
DH only gets 2 weeks, and he has been working there for 6 years.

I get 4 weeks vacation, 11 days stat time, 4 weeks sick time, 5 days "family care" which has criteria attached so I definitely don't take that every year. Then there's things like bereavement, jury duty leave, days off to vote... but those aren't used every year.
So, I typically take my 4 weeks, stats and like 3 sick days a year. So, about 7 weeks a year off paid.

3 weeks vacation, 5 personal days, 10 sick days. we also have our national and provincial stat holidays.
Our vacation policy is pretty good,
Yr 1 2 weeks vacay
Yr 2-5 3 weeks vacay
Year 5-9 3 weeks vacay + 5 personal days
yr 10 4 weeks vacation + 5 personal days
I don't remember where they go up from there. I believe the max is 6 weeks vacay. Always 10 sick days (for you or when you have to take care of a sick LO)

10 PTO days to be used however (sick, personal, etc). I have been there almost 5 years

I get unlimited PTO within reason plus 8 or 10 holidays. At my last job I got 3 weeks vacation, 5 days sick/personal, 3 floating holidays and 10 regular holidays.

Right now, 13 days of vacation, 13 sick days, and all federal holidays. In December, my vacation days will bump up to 20.

@banana: I don't know! Apparently it has kind of an opposite effect in that no one really takes vacation. I don really get it and I'll be taking at least as much as DH gets (~3-4 weeks). But I guess probably somewhere around 4 weeks since that's what I used to get.

@banana: That would be hard to go down in days.
I'm a teacher so I will spare you the details but I have enough.

I get zero! I'm hourly....boo.
DH gets 5 weeks vacation, all holidays, and 6 weeks paternity fully paid.

Aside from federal holidays, there isn't a set amount but we're encouraged to take off whatever we need and is reasonable. It's both a blessing and a curse

I get 6 weeks a year - but our company is weird - since we have lots of international employees they do it this way - that 6 weeks covers vacation, sick, and holidays - you use it as you please.

In 2014, I'll get 12 vacation days, 10 holidays, and 10 sick days. We get an additional day of vacation for every year we work here, which is awesome, but unfortunately, none of it rolls over. I wish my sick time did, I feel like I have to take it and that we're being punished for being healthy.

3 weeks (including sick and vacation time). Next year, I am asking for another week. We can roll over 5 days.
