Our kids are usually tired, so we let them sleep in til the last minute. Then we have 30-40 minutes to get them fed, changed, teeth brushed and shoes on. It's a tight schedule!!
I would love to get them down earlier at night and wake them earlier, but then we'd have no family time. So for now, we enjoy a little family time in the evenings and then suffer in the mornings.
How much time do you have between when your LO wakes up and you're out the door?

I'm not usually home for this, but I was on Monday and it was probably about 20 minutes from when Xander woke up to when we got him out the door! But he has breakfast at daycare, so we don't have to worry about that. When I heard him waking up, I popped a mini waffle in the toaster over and went to get him - diaper change, new clothes, meds, teeth brushing, then downstairs to get his shoes and jacket on, hand him the mini waffle, and get him in the car!

Ideally just 15 minutes, but she eats breakfast at daycare. We have to drop off early (6:30-6:45am) so I'd rather let her sleep as late as possible than have family time in the morning at this point!

It takes forever these days! Typically we all wake up at 7:30 and we all get ready together, though DH and LO are done before I am. They usually head downstairs to eat breakfast around 8. We don't leave the house until 8:35-8:45 typically because LO is such a slow eater!

30 minutes, but we don't change him or feed him breakfast. It's mostly cuddle time.

Today it was 5 minutes. I literally walked in, changed her diaper, put some clothes on her, handed her a stick of cheese, and we left.

This week it's been 15 minutes tops. Change diaper, change clothes, brush teeth/hair, and out the door. She eats breakfast at daycare. She's been a sleepy bear and I have to wake her up.

We have an hour to an hour and half, depending on when they wake up, but we are out of the door by 8:30am.

15 minutes to feed and change my 7 month old. It takes both my husband and I to wrangle her for a diaper change and to get her dressed quickly since she hates being changed with a passion these days! I miss the days of having our nanny!

Uhh, considering LMW's early morning wakeups these days, it could be up to 4 hours!! We wake up Wagon Jr. by 6:30 if he's not already up, and we aim to be out the door at 7.

On normal days in the 30 minute range. If she wakes up early, we usually let her hang out in her crib until we are ready for her-- those days, we may have a little longer together (45 minutes). She's 2.

I can't really get both kids out the door in less than an hour. Maybe when they're a bit older? Thankfully we rarely need to rush since the little one wakes up pretty early.

Depends when she wakes up. But on days when I have to wake her, I can do it in 5 mins.

It depends on the day, but LO is also an early riser. I had to be at work early today and was up with LO for an hour before I had to leave, but DH was going in to work late so I didn't have to get LO dressed or pack a lunch (just diaper, snuggles and breakfast).

I always have to wake lo up in the morning and we usually get her ready and out the door in 25-30 minutes, sometimes less if we're rushed

Well.... it depends when she wakes up!! It she's up at 6am we have an hour and a half before we have to leave the house. If we have to wake her it can be as little as 20 minutes to get her up, fed and watered, washed and dressed, hair done, coat on and out of the door!

I wake her up no later than 6:50 and we leave at 7:30. And most mornings it's a non-stop battle. She also doesn't eat at home. That's time spent convincing her to get up out of bed, use the bathroom, brush her teeth, get dressed and I need to fix her hair. Then we head downstairs where she takes her meds and gets shoes on and her things for school.

0! Most days he doesn't wake up before I leave. DH starts work later than I do, so J can sleep as late as he needs to.
