It's been 22 years since I graduated high school. I have gained about 20 pounds. I was very, very skinny in high school though. So I'm probably at a more normal weight now.

I was also very very skinny. I think 20 as well. I was between 105-110 in high school. Wanted to be 100 though 🙄
Now I'm 130 but would love to be closer to 120.

About 10-15 lbs. I wasn't skinny in high school (~140) and I'm 153 now.
But if you had asked me a year ago, that number would've been very different! I recently lost 35 lbs and at a much more comfortable weight!

I'm currently up about 15lbs from high school. But I'm 3.5 months post partum. My regular weight is about 5lbs higher than high school (110lbs vs 115lbs)

I was too skinny in high school (not on purpose – just super high metabolism that crashed and burned around 30!). I was never over 100 lbs in high school, I graduated 17 years ago and I weigh 115 now.

I've easily gained 60 lbs since then. I was skinny during track and cross country. My body has changed a lot in 19 years since high school.

It's only been 7 years since I graduated
But I was heavy in high school. Early release with a job at our family owned business meant that I had time to go out to the local Mexican restaurant several times a week. I lost about 45 lbs after graduating and taking better care of myself. I'm now about 20/25 lbs heavier than that weight. So I'm still about 20lbs lighter than at graduation.
ETA: I'm still not small by any means but I'm much healthier, more fit and slightly more content than high school.

It's been 7 years since I graduated and I have no idea what I weighed in high school. I have some clothes from back then that I can still wear, so I'm assuming my weight is about the same.

Ugh thats a scary question. I was playing year round sports in high school so I was pretty healthy. Probably at least 30lbs higher.

At my current weight maybe 20 lbs? In college, I slimmed down quite a bit and since then gained.

Sigh...I was very small in high school (although I had some pretty big issues with food back then so it was an unhealthy small) so right now I'm about 60 pounds heavier, I wish that was only 40...I have about 20 pounds to lose and I'm working on it. I'm 5'8'' and only weighing 100 pounds back then was not a good look for me. It'd be very happy at 140, but I haven't been that since my wedding.

@Adira: That weight loss is awesome. I am working on it myself!
A lot and even more since I am still carrying pregnancy weight.

During freshman year, I remember weighing 135 (and thinking it was a lot) but I am also nearly 5'8 with a medium build. I am now 145, so 10 pounds. I was much closer to my high school weight after bf...its hard to lose the bf eating mindset.

Sigh. I've gained 63 pounds. I was unhealthy small (103) when I graduated high school due to a high metabolism and running track/cross country. I gained 40 by my wedding and hung out around 140 until I had my first baby. Now I'm still holding on to some pregnancy weight but I'd love to get back to 140.
pomegranate / 3973 posts
I miss my super high metabolism! I was teeny at graduation, barely 100. Pre-pregnancy I was 20-25 lbs over that. Right now I've got at least 15/20 lbs to lose to be my ideal weight.
1st pregnancy a year of breastfeeding got me back to my lightest since college, hoping for that again.

My weight fluctuated quite a bit in HS due to some unhealthy eating habits. I weigh the same as my highest in HS but about 10lb more than my lowest weight.

I was really skinny in high school (120 lbs and 5'8"). I've gained about 15 pounds since and it's been 9 years.

I graduated 19 years ago. I think I'm up around 2-3 lbs when I'm not pregnant. However, my body is totally different now (in not a good way, LOL).

I'm the same weight as high school, but my fat has moved to the right places.

I've gained 30 lbs in 17 years, but I only want to lose the 15 lbs I have put on between two kids. I'm still trying to figure out when to go to the gym. I just returned to work with a 3 month old.

About the same, I think. I'm sure my hips are a bit wider now, though.
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
I don't know about weight, but I was a size 0/XS and now I'm like a 4-6/S-M. I def have gained some weight, but a lot of it is just my body morphing after 2 kids...
cantaloupe / 6171 posts
Oh dear... a lot more! Like maybe 50 lbs. I'm the heaviest I've ever been right now since lo2 is only 11 weeks. I feel like I was more self conscious then though even though I weigh more now. Like, I hadn't figured out the cuts/styles of clothes fit my body then and was always trying to fit into clothes that just didn't work. Like, I now know that a halter top neckline doesn't work for my body, but those were all over the place in the late 90s lol

About the same, maybe +5 lbs or so since I graduated 18 years ago (sweet lord, just saying that # makes me feel old)
cherry / 196 posts
About the same, ~120. I graduated HS 18 years ago. There's been some fluctuation up and then down again, but this is a pretty comfortable weight for me.
pomelo / 5509 posts
I was super skinny in high school and I'm also really short. So I think maybe I'm up 10 pounds or so but 10 pounds goes a long way on my frame. I have been up to 20 pounds heavier but breastfeeding has made the weight fall off of me. I think my "happy weight" is roughly 15 pounds above high school weight.
ETA: I graduated 15 years ago.
clementine / 777 posts
I weight about 5 lbs less but I've been all over the map. At one time in college, I weighed 25 lbs more. I lost a bunch of it using Weight Watchers, and then pre-pregnancy I lost more doing crossfit.
honeydew / 7235 posts
I was very skinny in high school/college - but a lot of that had to due with the fact that i had undiagnosed celiac disease so I couldn't keep weight on if I tried. I'm about 15-20 pounds heavier now, but OK with it. I'd like to weigh 5 pounds less, 10 would be nice but then I'd need all new clothes.
honeydew / 7444 posts
I am up around 5-7 lbs but i am still the same clothing size and up one jean size. I don't think it's too bad after 2 kids and considering i graduated 18 years ago. I'm definitely a lot more muscular now.
grapefruit / 4988 posts
My weight has fluctuated so much as an adult. It's been 18 years since HS. I'm honestly probably only about 5 pounds heavier right now then I was back then, and I am only 5 months post-partum so I have a bit more to lose. But I've been 20-30 pounds higher than my HS weight at least twice (4x if we count pregnancies) and I've also lost a significant amount of weight that same amount of times. After breastfeeding my first and being on an elimination diet for a year, I was literally at middle school weight (I hadn't been that skinny since age 12). That didn't last long though.

I think I range 15-20 lbs up from my high school weight (graduated 13 years ago) but am still in the same clothing sizes, for the most part. Definitely shifted shape-wise.
coconut / 8854 posts
I graduated 11 years ago, and I've gained probably about 65 lbs...... Granted I'm pregnant now, but this is taking in account my pre-preg weight.
wonderful pear / 26210 posts
I actually lost a ton of weight when I went to college, so I would guess I am at the same weight now as I was in high school. If I had to put a number to it, I've gained and lost at least 100 pounds over the 24 years I've graduated from high school, including a pregnancy.
kiwi / 524 posts
I was heavy in high school and lost weight in college and after.
I'm two weeks postpartum with my second baby right now and I'm about 15 pounds under my heaviest high school weight.
persimmon / 1130 posts
I'm pregnant right now, but my weight both pre and post- DD1 has been about 10 lbs heavier than high school. I'm happy with that. I eat pretty healthy and try to stay active, but obviously don't have the time or metabolism I had then. I'm hoping it's not too hard to get back to that weight once I deliver baby #2.
blogger / wonderful cherry / 21628 posts
10 pounds. I didn't fill out or get any curves until college. I was so skinny in high school. When I started 9th grade I weighed 85 pounds!!! I gained 10 pounds during high school but didn't hit triple digits until college.
pomegranate / 3350 posts
I think I was at my heaviest when I graduated high school. Right now I'm probably 5 lbs less but have an extra 10 lbs of bAby weight that I need to drop.
