I haven't on HB yet, and i find it kind of confusing when someone changes theirs haha.
On WB I changed it maybe every 6 months?

I had a pic of my pomeranian until I became Mrs. Wagon... confusing everyone by changing both my name and my avatar!!!

I even brought a bagel and spread the cream cheese while I waited to get my blood drawn, and I scarfed it as SOON as I came out of the room!!! But at least I didn't cheat with the fasting beforehand...!!!

@chopsuey119: well, after reading all the bad stuff that's in the costco bagels, I was so disappointed. So I looked for a recipe... it's definitely an endeavor, I've been working on them since 11 this morning and it's 4pm, not quite done. It's also REALLY hard to bake with a 2 mos old lol!

@chopsuey119: ummm haven't looked at the ingredients on there. I am trying to cut all sugar out of my diet too, so these bagels are made with honey instead
most all baked goods, even when made with healthy flours, still have sugar. boo.

oh, and as much as I love whole foods, the closest one is about 50 minutes away... so I only get down there every other month.
