Probably once a month, but I usually end up buying new ones because I feel like they are never the same after washing.

About once a month too. I've been using the same set of Sephora brushes daily since probably 2006, and they've held up really well after countless washings!

About the same...or whenever I dip an eye shadow brush into something dark so I can't use it again.

@Coco Bee: I use baby shampoo to wash them. Not sure if that's how you're supposed to do it though
Not often enough! I always think of it when I'm about to use them, but then they'd be wet & by the time I'm done, Ive forgotten again
