I don't, because you never know when a server is gonna go down (or other issues may emerge). If not for that, I'd probably unplug more...

I don't - because so much of my homework is online!! But break weeks- I usually try to stay off on Sundays.

Not often enough. I've thought about implementing a day off during my week, though. It'd probably be a good change in my life.

I used to unplug once a week on the weekends for a few years, but then always got complaints that I was "unreachable" and living far from family, we usually Skype, so now only when we go on vacation!
