I am a mom failure. Sadie is almost six weeks old, and I think the only photos I've taken of her with my "real" camera were at the hospital, her newborn session, and her first bath. I Instagram the heck out of her, but I never think about getting my camera out. This is sort of embarrassing since I'm a photographer. It just seems like so much more work to have to get my camera, upload, and edit. I really, really want to take more non-IG pictures of her though. I've made it a goal to start taking more lifestyle pictures (not just special occasions) of her with my camera. The last/only one I took was when she was two weeks old (see below!). I told you... failure.

How often do you take pictures of your LO with your "real" camera? Do you take lifestyle pictures or just special occasions? If you do lifestyle pics, when do you find time to upload/edit?!
