I call my mom every day. I talk to my dad if he answers but don't really call for him specifically.

Several times a week, usually every other day.

I email my mom a few times a week. I check in with my dad weekly via text.

I talk to my mum 1-2x/day. I talk to my dad and stepmum usually every other day...except lately when they're calling me obsessively to find out if baby's arrived and it's driving me crazy so most of the time I just don't answer. I am a terrible daughter!
