I vacuum about once a week unless there are unexpected messes!

we have a housekeeper come every two weeks and she vacuums and steam mops. we up keep in between with a hand vac or i'll vacuum if it gets messy.

We only do the floors (sweep, vacuum, wet swiffer) once a week unless we have guests mid-week. Really, we only clean the house once a week. We do it together and it takes no more than an hour and a half to deep clean everything.

I have a dry mop that I try to use every 1-2 days to move the dog hair into one spot (in dining and kitchen). The living room has a rug, so I can vac that every couple days. My dog sheds horrible, I wish I had time to do it more often.

Upstairs is a PITA! I hate lugging the vac up and down, so I use the dirt buster in the hall and bathroom, but I'll admit to not vacuuming the bedroom as much as I should.

We have a cleaning lady every week and in between I will use the dust buster.

Man.... I am SO jealous hearing about all of your cleaning ladies!!! DH says if my next job after we move gets me a decent raise, we can have a cleaning lady... *sigh* That will be the best day of my life.

Right now, we probably vacuum every other week downstairs where we eat and walk around a lot. Upstairs (two bedrooms and a little hallway), we're doing good if we vacuum every six weeks... it's usually longer than that! We don't spend much time up there, and especially not in shoes.

I try to go around at least once a week with the vacuum. But have found that turning on the Roomba a few times mid-week helps cut down on the furbaby tumble-weeds. DH taught the pup to turn it on which makes it even easier!

i have a cleaner now and she vacuums once a week.

I would like to say once a week, but I'm too lazy and my steam mop broke! So it's more like once every other week now.

oh my goodness, once a week all around...?!? We have two small shedding dogs but we vacuumed maybe once every 3 or 4 weeks at the most... and mopped the hardwood floors even less often. Now that I'm back to work we just hired a cleaning service that will come every 4 weeks to do everything but the bedrooms. Maybe we are living in filth.... hehe. It just doesn't seem that dirty to us. But we also never wear shoes in the house, so maybe that helps?

We do it 2-3 times a week. At least that often in the high traffic areas. We have 2 dogs so if I do it any less I feel like the house is dirty.
