I wash about every 4 days. I know it sounds gross but I wish I could go longer! It took about a year for me to build up to that though & it is seriously so nice. I only have to fix my hair every 4 days & since I shower & blow dry at night, I essentially wake up with fixed hair daily!

I have masses of thick long hair and I have to wash it every night. Drives me crazy as it takes about 40 mins to dry and straighten. Dry shampoo is a godsend for me!
I had no idea you could "train your hair" not to expect to get washed each night. Is that really true? -
once a week!! my hair is also super, super thick. it took me a long time to work up to only needing washing once a week, but was so worth it. I used to use so much shampoo and conditioner, and my hair took SO long to dry (I hate blow drying) that it would barely be fully dry before it was time to wash again!

Normally every other day but now during pregnancy every 2-3 days. I have scalp eczema that flared up badly when I got pregnant and washing too much irritates it. I also don't go anywhere besides to the doctor now that I'm 9 months so I just don't need to!

I have super thick, curly hair that is very dry if shampooed too often. I use conditioner on it every 2-3 days (basically when my curls lose their shape/frizz out) but only shampoo about 1x/week

@Mrs. Sunshine: I tried the loreal evercreme sulfate free cleansing conditioner. I could tell my hair wasn't as dry, nor my scalp. But by the third time my hair was so greasy it was gross. I had to use a lot too because of how much hair I have.

Every 3 days (4 a few times). I used to be an everyday or every other day washer, but my hair is SO much healthier now that I don't strip it of it's oils everyday. It took me a while to build up to this but it's so nice and my hair styles so much better/easier now.

Most often every other day. Sometimes if I am lucky I can go an extra day, but not normally. I wish I didn't have to wash it so often. Our water is well water so it can be tough on hair and hair color.

Before I got pregnant I washed it every second day, but on the second day it always looked a bit greasy and I would wash again if I needed to look nice. Since I got pregnant though my skin has been soooo dry and even on day 3 it still looks fine! So weird. I still have been washing every 2-3 days though bc going longer than that feels weird to me.

I used to swim several days a week, so i was washing ofyen. Now its about once a week, but I can actually go about 10 days with no wash and it looks passable. Washing and styling my hair is on my Top 5 Least Favorite Things to Do. I have a very large stash of shower caps!

I wash mine every other day! And even that is sometimes too long! Wish I could go longer.
