I used to every day, Zumba 3-4 times a week and walking, running, or swimming the other days. I'm laid up with hip/pelvis alignment issues caused by pregnancy right now though.

At 9 months pregnant, I go twice a week. I used to go about 4 days a week, though!

I've been an avid fitness person for many years. Right now I am taking a break and adjusting to being a WOHM. Once LO is old enough for gym daycare (three months from now) I will think about re-joining and fitting in a few workout classes each week.

I'm just starting to get back in the swing of things are a long spell of doing nothing at all. It's been tough, but it feels SO good to not be as sedentary. I usually make it to the gym maybe 3-5 days per week, depending on what I have going on.

3-4x a week. I just walk on the treadmill for 40 min (fast pace + incline) and lift some light weights, so it's not hardcore "working out," but it's better than nothing I guess!

I do a boot camp 3-4x a week and I'm starting to run now on the off days 3x a week.
ETA: And play volleyball once a week in a rec league.

At 34 weeks I'm down to crossfit 2x/week and yoga 1x/week. 4x a week when I'm not pregnant.

Uhmmmmm. I used to work out every day (by work out I mean go for a walk and lift light weights, do squats), but pregnancy threw me off big time. I'm starting to get back into doing squats & weights a few times a week, but it's hard to get back into the groove! I did yard work as my exercise this weekend lol
