Mmmm. I love pork. We eat it weekly! We have pork tenderloin once a week (normally) and bacon on the weekends. I'll have sausage a few times a week, too. Pig is awesome.

Pork is considered a red meat but most cuts are lean like chicken and other white meats. Bacon, on the other hand, is in its own league of awesomeness.

@mediagirl: you're my kinda gal! Sounds like my diet! I've been noticing that I do eat a lot of pork so I just wanted to check that I am not going overboard!

We eat pork about once a week also! There's so much variety of it that it helps break up the beef/chicken!
