BIL and SIL are coming to visit for the weekend. BIL has food intolerances and the only meat protein he can have is Pork.
I have a couple recipes up my sleeve but I am looking for new ones!
Bring them on! Bonus points if they are on Pinterest.

I made these a couple of weeks ago, and holy cow - they were fantastic. We used them for tacos. Everyone raved about them and my friend is making them for her son's birthday.

Google Momofuku Bo SSam recipe. It is my go-to pork recipe for special occasions/company.

I would get a pork tenderloin, preferably flavored (we like rotisserie). Cook that up and make a pesto pasta on the side and a big salad. I love salads for groups of people. Oh, and crusty rolls.

This is my favorite pork recipe EVER. Bourbon + brown sugar + spicy + pork = heaven.

Not a recipe, but Wegmans has an awesome honey mustard marinade that is amazing on pork. I usually don't even like honey mustard, but it's so good.

The only two things I can pull off with pork are oven baked ribs (no specific recipe, I usually search AllRecipes.com) and slow cooker pulled pork (slow cooker + pork butt + bottle of BBQ sauce + 6 hours on low. Remove pork, shred with a fork, add new BBQ sauce. Serve with rolls and coleslaw!).
I suck at making pork roasts and pork chops... they always end up so dry! But I do love Vietnamese pork chops if you want to just go out

This has long been a favourite of our. You can do it on either the BBQ or in the oven. We reserve the leftover marinade and boil it down to use as a sauce.

I made this a couple weeks ago, and it was a hit! It was super easy and SO moist. My husband (who is quite literally the pickiest person in the world) even loved it!
