DS is 20 months and eats a moderate variety of foods. I still give him an organic veg/fruit/quinoa pouch almost daily (sometimes 2). He loves them (even if he doesn't like he solid veg equivalent), they're easy if we're out and I feel like its at least giving him nutrition and a taste experience he misses if he refuses what I make.
Is he too old for these? Am I instilling bad eating habits by having an alternative to dinner should be not want to eat it?
