Ours is 75 years old, that's pretty old in my opinion! However, it's got great bones, I love it.

@matador84: We're in the Boston area. We love old buildings too (obviously!). At one point, we rented in a building that was even older than this one.

Whoa y'all have old houses! Ours is 8 years, and one of the oldest in the neighborhood

1.5 years. Our condo is at least 114 (all records say "1900" which is code for "who the hell knows, but built sometime before 1900). My parents house is over 150 years old.
