Dd is 21 months old and lately she hasn't been napping!
I don't mind it though since she gets 12.5-14 hours at night. When she used to nap she'd sleep 10-11 at night and a 1-2 hr nap.
DS is 2 weeks old and sleeps around the clock still.

5 months, and probably 3-4. Usually only one good one, though (1+ hour). The others are 15-20 minutes...just to take the edge off.

18 months... Sometimes she has two short naps and sometimes one long-ish nap.
almost 5 yo... sometimes still takes a 1-1.5 hr nap in the afternoons... I'd say, 50% of the time, mostly in the car or at school though.

5.5 months old: 2-3 naps, either two long ones (1-3 hrs each) or one long (1-2 hrs) and two short (30-45 mins each). If we're out and about sometimes she'll take 4 short 30 min naps.

LO is 1 and she takes two 15-30 minute naps a day. (She naps a lot longer when she is sick.) I wish she would nap longer but she sleeps 12+ hours at night these days!

LO will be 7 months next week. She takes 3 naps at daycare; none of them are more than 40 minutes and most are 20 minutes. She sleeps on the drive home from daycare (usually), which is just over 20 minutes.
If I lay down in bed with her and next to her for a nap (which I do on the weekends sometimes), she'll nap up to 2 hours!!!! :o!

9 months -- 2 naps. Usually 30 minutes each, although just recently she has been extending her naps sometimes. Perhaps there is hope! If we didn't enforce her nap times she would probably only take one nap... but we would end up with a very overtired and cranky baby by the end of the day. Getting DD to nap has always been a challenge.

Her nap time is completely messed up right now. She's 10.5 months old and has only been napping once a day, for about an hour.

One week from 8 months old and 2 naps. Nap 1 @ 9-:30. Nap 2 @ 1:30-2. We shoot for naps that are at least an hour long, but don't always get that.

great post... 5.5 mos 3-4 naps; depending if the 3 naps are long enough, LO may go for a short 4th nap. Nap length ranges from 30min- 1.5hrs. Longer if LO is sleeping in arms versus in pack and play....

10 months old this week, she takes 2 naps a day, both usually 1.5-2 hours, thought for the last two days her morning nap has been all messed up. Both days it wasn't me home to put her down, but I'm here today so I'm interested to see if that makes a difference.
