DD1 was about 7 months and DD2 just started crawling (not army crawling) at 9.5 months.

B was a late crawler, around 9.5/10 months. But he only crawled about a week before he started cruising/walking.

She started pushing to her knees and rocking around 6.5 months but didn't figure out how to go forward until 8.5 months.

Ya, I'm going to guess never. At almost 10 months she can crawl backwards and can mostly walk. She can't be bothered to crawl!

6.5 months. He sat up unassisted and crawled on the same day!

She was 10 months when she started to crawl.

Chloe was 3 months when she started to crawl (I have videos to prove it) and at 4 months Charlotte is starting to scoot.

11 & 16 months. Late crawlers!

8 months, but she only ever crawled in her unique upright stance, with one hand always free to grab or hold something

12 months! Late crawlers unite! Didn't walk until 16 months. Now she's this tiny little athlete, so if you've got a late one, don't fear!

@sarac: I have a 20 month old that has only walked a handful of times! "No walky!" How old is your daughter now?

Just around 9 months for army crawling. He can for the last week real crawl but will usually drop to his belly and arm crawl after a few strides.

DD 1 back crawled at 7m.

DD1 was five days shy of 10 months, DD2 was proper crawling right on 5 months!

@autumnlove: she's three now. Extremely physical and active. That's our family lifestyle, which she's happily fit into. We also just treated it like it was no big deal, which it really wasn't.

@anonysquire: She very well might skip it. C has been standing/cruising for a month or two, but just figured out the crawling thing.

G started crawling backwards at 6 months, and had it down by 7.5 months.

Can't remember with my first (bad mommy) but my second just started at 8 months.

The week he turned 7 months. He took off like a shot and is a super crawler! But he has zero interest in walking at 12 months because of how fast he is at crawling..

@Danizaur: I'd really encourage you to just not stress out at all, and to just treat your kid like any other one. Get them a scoot bike, or a trampoline, or a little rock wall, and just know that they'll be ready before too much longer.

@sarac: Thank you. I stress way too much about it for some reason. His cognitive and fine motor skills are on track and even ahead on some things. It's just, no one asks about those things. They always ask "Is he in to everything yet?" "I bet he's running around everywhere!" Then it's awkward when I have to say no. It makes that gap between him and babies his age much more obvious.
