Dang I feel like a slacker! We just started a plan to start saving so we would be 28 at the earliest when we buy. Probably more like 30. Darn grad school!

We're 21 and 23. We've never owned because DH is in the army and we move to often. It wouldn't make sense for us to buy while he's still in the military. He still has a few years in his contract, but I'm hoping to own after that. That would put us around 25 and 27.

25 this past month! We were ready a while ago and had to wait on a job to finalize.

I was 24 when we bought out first home. 29 when we sold it.
