So usually I plan out our meals ahead of time, and follow recipes each night. I didn't get around to meal planning this weekend, so I stopped by the store yesterday and just picked up a couple things for dinner last night and tonight. I'm not great at winging it though!
Here's what I have for tonight:
3 chicken leg/thighs
cauliflower
sweet potato
Brussel sprouts
How would you prepare dinner with those ingredients?
