I am 5'8" which apparently is 25th percentile or so for a guy. My wife is 5'2" which is a little below 25th percentile for a woman (in American at least - gotta figure our stats would like different in Asia).
My daughter is 50th percentile and my son is around 10th percentile. So they're both pretty much ballpark for their parents...
How tall are you - and are your kids following suit?

I'm barely 5 foot. My 3 year old is 3ft and my 1 year old is 2.5 feet. They are going to be taller than me.

I'm almost 5'8", dh is almost 6'2", both our boys are 90%+... Almost three year old is 37? Inches, 2 month old is 24 inches!

I'm slightly above average height (5'7") and dh is about the same, slightly taller than average (5'10", barely). So far C has been slightly below 50% for height which surprised me since my nephews are both very tall- but their dads are both over 6 feet so it shouldn't be a surprise!
In my family, all 5 grown kids are outside of my parents- daughters are all 5'7" and son is 6'1", mom is 5'8" and dad is 6'. Weird, right?

I'm 5'4...just under the 50th percentile, I think? D is 6'1, and is in the 89th?
E definitely takes after his dad. He's just over 3, and is above the 95th percentiles in both height and weight.

I am 5'4 and DH is 5'8 or 5'10 I can't remember, and the girls are both less than 20th percentile if I am remembering correctly...I am bad at remembering what they are at their well childs as far as percentiles.

I'm 5'11" (180cm) and hubby is a full head taller than me - our 3.5 year old DD is 115cm at the moment, she is about as tall as an average 5 year old. I was always very tall for my age, and I can imagine she will be too. I wonder how tall the baby I'm about to have will be, might inherit some short genes from somewhere!

Surprisingly no. I'm 5'2" and DH is 5'6"". Yet our boys are on the tall side for their ages. DS1 is 3 and 38" (50-75%) and DS2 was 33 inches at his 15 month well visit (about 90%). Hope they keep it up!

I'm 5'3" and DH is 6'. Don't know percentiles but I'm definitely below and DH is above. DS at his last appointment was in the 80%, so he will be like his daddy.

I'm short, barely 5'2. My husband is 6' and our son is 95th percentile as of his 18 month appt. As a baby he's on track to be taller than both of us but I think my genes might slow him down at some point!

Yep! I'm 5'1" and DH is 5'6". DD is <10th percentile. Even getting as low as 2nd percentile at 18 month check up. We are all shorties!

I'm 5'2" and DH is 5'7" (or so he claims...). Right now DD is 10% for height and DS is 76%!!! He's got some sort of latent tall genes going for him.

I don't have LOs, but I remember being somewhat of an anomaly as a child regarding this. My parents are both tall (dad 6'3", mom 5'7"). I was in the 98th percentile for height growing up. I was always told that I was going to be very tall and I towered over my classmates. The doctors told my parents that I would likely be about 6' tall!! Turns out, at age 11, I just stopped growing. Never grew another inch again! I am 5'6" and my sister is 5'5" with a similar story. Being 5'6" at age 11 was actually awful, but I don't mind it anymore. DH is only 5'8" though I am curious if our LOs will be tall like my parents or short like his family.

DH is 5'8" which around the 75th percentile for Hispanic men (about 25th for American men) and I'm 5'11" which is around the 99th percentile for American women. LO has consistently been in the 95th percentile since birth.

LO is only 3 months, but she's low. DH and I are almost exactly average. It makes for some awesome family pictures with my dad's side. My dad is 6'1", stepmom is 6', sister is at least 5'9" (she's 16, so possibly still growing), and brother is at least 5'5" (13, and definitely still growing). We look like midgets next to them.

I'm average at 5'4 and my DH is tall at 6'2 (his parents and brothers are all very tall). Right now my son is around the 85th percentile and DD around the 50th. I'm guessing DS will end up at at least 6' and DD taller than me and above average for a girl. We currently live in Austria and average heights skew taller here than in the US, so I do a lot of growth chart comparison.

Not even a little bit. I'm 5'4", my husband is about 5'7", and our son is in the 90th percentile for height and has been since birth 
. He is SO tall and we have no idea why! I'm guessing it will slow down a bit, but it's pretty shocking at this point!

We are in line with your sizes, but our kids have always hovered around the 90th percentile for all their stats. Just glad for them that they hopefully will be bigger than their mama!

I'm average at 5'5" and DH is 6'2". I have no idea how tall DD is because they don't communicate growth through comparison and the last few times DD has had a growth appointment, the nurse isn't very diligent in getting accurate measurements.
But I do know that she's shorter than the other girls her age, at preschool, but not by much. If her shoe size is any indication of her future growth, then she'll be tall like her dad

DH is 5'9" and i'm 5'2". Growing up I was always in the 0 percentile for height and weight. So far, DS is the same way.

I am 6ft. Her Dad is 6'3". She is on track to EASILY be my height. I haven't measured her in a while but at 3.5 she is in size 6 clothes...

DS is above 97th percentile and I think DD is 80th.

Hard to tell honestly. I'm 5'5" and DH is 6'3"! No clue what the girls' percentiles are...pediatrician doesn't bring it up and we never ask!

I'm 5'1" and my DH is shorter than average for a guy. LO is 2 and I think probably between 10-20% for height at this point. She will likely be pretty small.

I'm 5'9", DH is 6' and our two big girls (almost 3 and 19 months) despite being born 90th percentile for height at birth both float in the 5-15th percentile range now- people often think they're twins because DD1 is so small all around. DD3 was born a hair taller than her sisters at birth (21") but being 5 weeks old we aren't sure how she'll pan out. It would certainly be odd to have three little short stacks!

I'm 5"9 and my DH is 6"2 but I am the shortest in the family so there's lots of height in my genes. Both kids are off the charts in height. At 2 1/2 Lil' tea cup was 39 inches and has grown at least a couple inches since.
