I'm barely under 6', DH is 6'4" and we both have long limbs - our friends joke that we will have a daddy long legs baby.
Most of DH's family is tall (three of his brothers are over 6'), my dad is really tall, but my mom is 5'3 and my brother is 5'9". We will see!

I'm 5'1 and the shortest person in my extended family. DH is 6'2 from a family of tall people. DS has always been in the 25ish% for height, so I guess he takes after me? My friend's 18 month old is taller than my almost 3 year old!

I think it's really hard to tell how tall they actually are by pediatrician's measurements because at such young ages, mismeasuring by even 1/4 of an inch or going to a yearly appointment a month or 2 later skews the percentiles. That being said, my kids are usually plotted somewhere between 80th and 98th at our visits.
I'm the "short" one in my own family, at 5'10", which I believe is 95th or 97th for women. My little sister (who was SUPER short as a little kid) is 6' and my girl cousins are all tall on my dad's side. My mom and her side are short- 5'5" and under. My husband is 6'3" and both of our daughters are very tall so far: 3 year old wears size 5T/ 6 for length, but is so thin it's hard to find things that are both long and narrow enough. 19 month old is starting to outgrow some 2T stuff lengthwise, but is also skinny and it still fits her pretty well. I'm guessing both will be around my height, possibly taller, but I guess we'll have to wait about a decade, or more, to see! (I didn't stop growing until I was 16!)

I am 5'0" & DH is 5'6". Last time we had him measured, L was in the 4th percentile for height. Poor dude. He's quite a bit shorter than most of his friends. I really hope he has some good growth spurts and gets to be as tall or even an inch taller than DH.
