We bought some mahi yesterday because it looked good, and I figured I'd prepare it the way I prepare tilapia - bread with panko and sautee in olive oil and garlic. But just as the seafood guy was putting them in the bag, I noticed they had skin on them. So now I'm not sure how to prepare them.
Any thoughts? Do I need to bake like I would salmon and not eat the skin? Do I just cut it off and sautee like normal?
