So, today is day 2 of my effort to watch what I eat (I never used to diet this way) and my caloric intake is significantly decreased from what I am used to ("No, Rubies, you cannot devour those Reese peanut butter cups. No, Rubies, you cannot devour that bag of ketchup chips") and while I've absolutely felt/noticed a difference (a little hungry, still craving things, etc.) it's relatively okay. But this is because I'm home and able to really control what I eat.

How do I deal with social dining? Do I decline invitations out?

My problem is will power. I don't have any.
