Seriously, how?? I just cancelled on my gym childcare and Zumba class because LO is still sleeping. I don't have her on a schedule, she does EASY and I let her naps go for as long as she wants, usually anywhere between 45 minutes to 2.5 hours. By the time she went down for her morning nap, she would have only slept for 30 minutes before I would have had to wake her up to nurse her and get out the door to be on time.
If it were something important, like a dr. appt,, I would have woken her....I don't feel too bad about the gym, it's freezing outside so staying home isn't such a bad thing for us today.
Do you cut your infants naps short to get places? If we are going someplace where I can nurse her, I'll wake her up and nurse her when we get there, but I can't really nurse her while doing Zumba! If she were more scheduled, I know I could plan things around her naps, but her naps are still pretty varied right now.
