I accidentally threw away the directions that came with our Melissa & Doug easel and I haven't primed the chalk board. How did you do that?

Can you google it? I always thought you just rubbed chalk all over it and then wash it off.

@Smurfette: Yeah I did e-how and followed the directions (which is what you mentioned) and it doesn't seem to have done anything...
