I think I have put this off as long as I can/should--I'm planning to work until February 2 and then quit forever. (yaaaaay!!!) My boss has never asked when I want to start maternity leave so I figure I should catch him now (today would be good b/c there's hardly anyone in the office) and let him know when I want to stop working, and by the way it'll be forever, not just for a couple of months. I want to be paid out for my saved vacation time after that and be done. Is that all I need to say or am I missing something? Anyone been in the same situation and have advice? My boss is easygoing but I think he'll be very surprised.
