That's really interesting! C's name made the list (bimodal). But I knew that when we named her- it was number 7 in 1880 or something and is creeping up the charts now. My name totally dates me- almost every girl with my name you will meet was born in the early 80s.

Had we had a boy, I still would have been hard pressed to use it.
I've always guessed at someone's age based on their name. When naming our lo's dating them was something I wanted to avoid.

Interesting! It thinks my 1 year old is a bit over 5, but yeah it's definitely a 'younger' name at the moment. So is his little brother's, but those tend to just be the kind of names my DH and I like. Although despite the popularity of the name Declan on the internet, in real life people look at me like I've grown a second head when I tell them what his name will be.
I love Violet so much but had it ruined by a Violet from the older generation. Sigh. Not that it matters anyways since I only have boys, haha! My name isn't on there but it's definitely 80s, was #24 the year I was born and is now wayyyy down in the 500s!

Cool! Lo's name is under "names with the widest age spreads" and so is one of our contenders for a girl name should we have another girl. Can't find mine, dh's, or our top boy name but now I'm thinking about looking that boy name up more.
