I am looking for some ideas to add to my list of things to do so when we are bored I have some ideas I can refer to. I have a few ideas in mind so far, but you can never have too many! Of course, weather is always something we need to plan around as well.

Well, he's only coming next month, so I assume he'll be busy getting used to being on the outside 
But if he was older, I'd definitely get a kiddie pool (Heck, I want one for me!) and/or water play station. And maybe an easel to set up finger painting outside. I'd probably hunt on Pinterest for some 4'th of July crafts that he could gift to the grandparents.
