I'm usually moderately worried but I read an article about a 9 month old dying and so I'm a bit anxious about it today.

Well now that you said that it's high! But generally not too bad, since she's out of the high risk window.

DD is 15 mo so it's low... I def was very nervous from birth till 6 months, and then moderately nervous from 6-12 months! It helps that we cosleep so I always know how she's doing next to me.

We did what they recommended like having the baby sleep on their back, no extra stuff in their crib etc but I wasn't worried about it on a day to day basis. My kids are out of the risk range so now I don't think about it at all. There are too many things that could happen that I'd stress myself out if I worried about them all the time.

I've never really worried about it. I followed recommendations but it never kept me up/made me nervous. I'm not a big worrier

I only worried about it the first 2-3 weeks home when I still needed to verify baby was breathing, but then I became confident in his ability to be ok alone in crib.

I've never worried much. We were low risk and it's just one of those things that's out of your control for the most part. My brain can't handle worrying about rare things I ultimately cannot control.

I've never really worried about it. The risk is so low and there is so little you can do about it so I don't waste my time stressing. But I'm also not a worrier in general.

Very low. I have never been very worried about it.
Obviously I employ safe practices, but I am of the belief that SIDS isn't as preventable as people seem to think it is. So I don't fret. Let go and let God!

Low - I have an almost 4 year old and 15 month old.

Low now with a 15 month old, but up until 6 months I was paranoid.
