My LO (18 months) is biting and the usual tactics (redirection, telling her "no") aren't working. Sometimes there is a reason for it, like a fight over a toy, but sometimes there is literarally no trigger at all - she just bites. I'm trying to do timeouts but it's hard to get her to stay put so I do it with her sat on my knee, but it's not ideal because it means she gets attention from me, which rewards her. I'd like to avoid crib and highchair for timeouts as I don't want negative associations with bedtime and meals.
WWYD? Where should I put her for timeouts?
ETA: My daughter is a feisty one and can climb out of cribs, p&ps etc.... So they probably wouldn't work
