We just bought it and the 1st time I watched it I was kinda confused - haha - then once you get to the end it all made sense! Then I watched it again (knowing how it ends) and LOVED it!!!!
great movie!

DH & I saw it at the cheap theater near our house right before LO was born. It was cute!

Yes and I did not get the hype. I thought it was kind of meh. The 8 year old boys that I took to see it loved it though.
I also feel the same way about Frozen. HA!

Actually just watched it yesterday and didn't like it at all. I stopped paying attention during the last :30. Maybe I should give it another try.

YES! I took DS to see it in the theater and was warned at the door that it was long and he appeared to be too little but he LOVED it and watched the whole thing quietly on my lap. (a miracle!)

Aw, I thought it was so cute! And it had a lot of super funny parts that adults could enjoy as well. The ending was awesome.

i was thinking about buying it for our flight, but common sense media rates it for kids 6+ because it's so fast paced.
what did you guys think is the appropriate age for the movie?

@Mrs. Bee: My 3 yr old had zero interest in the movie
My 5.5 yr old loved it - it has some (not sure what to call it) dry humor? name calling?
hmmm... 2 examples are there is a "Butt" joke and I think Batman calls someone a "Ding Dong" - didn't bother me though.
A character dies and then comes back as a ghost - again, didn't phase/scare my 5.5 yr old.
It is fast paced but that was a cool feature for my DS!
Anyway I think 4 and up would be fine!

Yes! We saw it in a 2 dollar theater packed to the gills with kids. It was awesome.

I'm so sick of it... LOL
@Mrs. Bee: my 3.5 yo boy LOVES it, to the point we've watched it once per day since we got it (the day it came out). He's obsessed. I think it would be ok for Charlie, but your call.
