I'm scheduled for a hysteroscopy next Monday. I'm nervous about the risks of infection and perforation. I'm also scared of what they're going to find. The nurse said if everything is ok I can ttc this cycle.
Has anyone had a positive experience with a hysteroscopy and a successful pregnancy soon after?

@LalaLove: I had one right before my IVF cycle started. I didn't find it to be painful at all (a little uncomfortable). As far as risks I took the antibiotics 2-3 hours before the procedure and that was it. We didn't talk about perforation specifically but complications at my clinic were less than 1%.
Nothing abnormal was found on mine. The Dr. showed me the inside of my uterus and that was it!

I had a hysteroscopic septum removal. Not an office procedure, but a surgical one. I'm sure your procedure won't be too bad. Like Mrswin said they will probably give you preventative antibiotics.

I got pregnant soon after mine. All i remember was intense cramping when they injected the dye. And i leaked blue fluid all day; so bring a pad with you!
