...I think I picked a baby room theme. This is insane mostly because I'm only six weeks.
In my defense, I'm letting myself look forward to a baby at the end of this pregnancy, which means I'm letting myself hope more than worry. And, I really like room design, which is good,because baby is going to be with us in our one bedroom. So I guess I'm really only planning what we are hanging on the wall , but I'm still excited

For lo I started after I knew she was a girl at 20 weeks. This time I also waited 20 weeks just because I've been so busy.

Not crazy!!! We had the room painted and her furniture purchased by the time I was 8 weeks!! We got a really good deal on used furniture so we just jumped right in.

Yay!!! I totally stalk nursery designs on Pinterest all the time so I'm in the "never too early" camp! Never too early to POAS, never too early to think about names, never too early to think about decor -- it's the FUN part of the baby making (other than BDing hahaha). Let yourself enjoy this part, you deserve it

I completely understand how huge it is to actually think about the BABY and not just the pregnancy (I struggled with this too), so yay for you!!!
I think I started seriously planning around 10 weeks. Of course, I've had a nursery Pinterest board for a looong time!

We are waiting til we find out what we are having so we can make the nursery gender specific. But if I was team green, I would already be decorating and would have done so as early as possible. Lol!!

OK, you guys make me feel better. I'm pretty sure I'll be too afraid to actually buy any baby items for a while, but I do love to dream. I'm seriously impressed with those of you who painted and got stuff so early!

I'm 14w4d and I just thought of my theme because I have been trying to wait to find out the sex but me and DH were out yesterday and I seen a really cute blanket which was lion king (my fav movie as a child and I must admit I still cry today when the Mufasa scene comes up) and its not too boyish and not too girly so I had to get it then we want to Walmart to get some bottles and little stuff and I wind up seeing the lion king bedding and mobile and I was like that's it this is our theme but I'm not just doing everything lion king I want that to be the main thing but I also want to just do animals like elephants, Giraffes, monkeys, and thing like that. I'm so excited about it! But we find out sept 17 if its boy or girl so then I'll know if it should be more girly colors or boyish
