I just booked a week long overseas trip for work in July and I am kind of freaking out inside! This will be my first trip away from LO (who will be 7.5 months at the time) for more than a few hours and I'm terrified things are going to go wrong while I'm away. I've been putting off booking this trip for a long time now hoping I would feel better about it later, but I still feel crappy about it and I spent much more money than I would have if I booked this trip months ago. I am leaving LO with DH and my parents during the week, so I know she will be in good hands, but I can't get rid of this feeling of dread. Ugh....

Anyway, I just needed to get that out. Has anyone else gone on a long trip away from their LOs like this? Did you do anything to help them adjust before you left? Also, do you have any tips for keeping my milk supply up while I am away? I am definitely bringing my pump along, but am worried that being away from her for that amount of time is going to kill my supply and force early weaning. I really want to make it to 1 year of breastfeeding!
