**trigger-- kind of gross**
I have a nearly seven year old Yorkie who has been given a 50/50 shot. This weekend, she was having diarrhea and was really restless at night. I woke up this morning to her throwing up, and there was throw up, diarrhea and blood everywhere. 😳 I took off from work today to take her to the vet and she has HGE. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hemorrhagic_gastroenteritis
They did her blood work and it came back pretty dismal, but they said she was still plucky and might have a chance. So, she's going to be hospitalized for 24 hours to see if she improves...if not, she will need to be put to sleep. 😢 Just asking for kind thoughts and prayers for my little dog. ❤
