But did he have to start it right before his daddy left for PA for five days?!?! H just climbed over the baby gate to get to where I was. Last night he climbed up onto our bed by himself. Today he climbed up the guest bed.
I don't know what to do! Aaaaaaaaaaaaah!

Then he scares me half to death by falling backwards off the guest bed! Gah!!!!
No lumps, no bruise, probably just jarred him good and scared him. Little monkey that he is, after cuddles, calming down, eating some Goldfish and drinking some water, he went right back ti the bed to climb it again!!! Oi vey!!!

Oh my goodness!! How old is he again?
I think when we get there Ill be just using those things that go over doorknobs and shutting doors when I need dd to stay somewhere.. But that's the only idea I have for now and right now I don't even have a fully babyproofed room!!

@googly-eyes: H is nearly 17 months old. I wish I could close the door but am unable to. The previous owners removed some of the door hardware from the doors - my office just happened to be one of the casualties. As soon as DH comes home we'll probably have to decide which door upstairs gets so sacrifice their lofty position to guard my office instead... They're old style door knobs so there's no just going to the store for a new one.
H can fit his little toes into these round holes and climb over the gate, even with the silver part on the inside of the office!
