I haven't taken my prenatal vitamins since my first trimester. I know I should, but they always make me sick!

I don't take any time for myself. I'm always taking care of a child or making sure my husband gets his alone time with me, that I forget I need my own time too. Then I get a little resentful, but then the feeling passes and I don't do anything about it.

@LemonLong: Have you tried switching to gummy prenatals? My regular ones made me sick also but I then switched to the gummy ones and I haven't had any side effects and it's like eating candy! I haven't forgotten once since I've switched.

Ha thank God other said their prenatal vitamins! I am SO bad about taking them. They are gross. And I'm not allowed to take the gummies because they don't have enough of what i need in them (GRR)

Exercise. Drink more water. Keep the sink free of dishes. Sleep when the baby sleeps. Keep in touch with old friends better. Eat more vegetables. Floss. Answer my phone.
